Maxon Motor

ISDN’s partnership with Maxon Motor has to-date resulted in joint ventures in China and Taiwan. Headquartered in Central Switzerland, Maxon Motor supplies high-precision drive systems to over 55 countries. Its DC motors can be found in ubiquitous home appliances like watch winders to sophisticated medical science equipment like surgical robots to autopilots in the aerospace industry. It is also proud to be an important part of history when Nasa landed two rovers on Mars. Both had been fitted with Maxon’s DC motors.

Maxon Motors’ more than 40 years of experience and innovation propels the company from a reliable partner to the choice customers go to for solutions from its comprehensive range of modular systems. Today it employs over 1500 staff in over 30 countries to provide competent services for its customers

Dirak Group

The Dirak Group is headquartered in Germany with more than 37 distributors in over 40 countries around the world. The group owns over 250 patents specializing in the design and manufacture of industrial enclosure components, which range from hinges and locks to state-of-the art electronic latches with networking capabilities.

Dirak Asia was set up in Singapore in 1997 and has built up a strong manufacturing base in Suzhou China since 2002. With subsidiaries in Taiwan and Beijing as well, Dirak Asia supplies solutions to Singapore, China, Indonesia and Malaysia. ISDN Holdings now owns a 49% equity stake in Dirak Asia.

Eisele Antriebstechnik

ISDN Holdings and German-based Eisele Antriebstechnik GmbH began a business relationship in 2000 and sealed it with a joint venture, Eisele Asia in 2005.

The German company has about 50 years of experience in precision gearbox engineering. To ensure quality and dependability, Eisele Antriebstechnik produces 80% of its components in-house.

Their joint venture, Eisele Asia is expected to keep up with the same quality to serve the PRC market. The Chinese company’s main focus is to manufacture low backlash precision planetary gearboxes.
